2016年，广州市内稀缺性医养结合项目——广州福瑞馨养老公寓于10月9日正式营业。2017年，广州福瑞馨养老公寓被广东省民政厅评为：五星级养老院。2018年9月，广州福瑞馨养老公寓正式成为长期护理保险定点机构。
福瑞馨养老公寓是广州华新集团有限公司旗下的养老院，位于广州市中心，占地面积10698㎡，总建筑面积为45756㎡。建筑共15层，1-8层为广州华新骨科医院，公寓对面为广州勤正中医医院（广州市中医医院协作医院），二者均设有门诊部及住院部。建筑9-15层为养老公寓，共326个养老床位。公寓设有1500㎡开放性食堂，配有营养师。地下共有288个停车位。公寓周围有岭南风情园林，分别在医院前方、养老公寓后方。
公寓将养老院+医院两者有机结合，把专业医疗门诊，康复理疗机构，养老机构相结合，实现医疗养老一体化的个性化服务。除了项目内有广州勤正中医医院（广州市中医医院协作医院）、广州华新骨科医院进驻公寓，公寓对面也有市内三甲医院广东武警医院总院。医养结合，舒适养老。
