Founded in 1998, Chaozhou Huafeng Group Co., Ltd. is an energy enterprise group with a 'technology + industry' model, specializing in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), oil products, chemicals, new energy, and scientific research. It owns an LNG/LPG clean energy industrial chain and is one of the top LPG importers, processors, and distributors in China. Its subsidiary, Ouhua Energy, was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2006. Guangdong Guangyou Huafeng Technology Research Co., Ltd., established in 2019, is a new R&D and technology service institution jointly founded by Chaozhou Huafeng Group Co., Ltd. and Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology. Responding to the national call for leading enterprises to integrate scientific research institutes and universities to establish an innovation consortium for industry, academia, and research, the company collaborates with renowned institutions such as Tsinghua University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, and Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Adhering to the development model of 'industry, academia, and research', it promotes the transformation of new materials and medical research achievements, covering R&D, manufacturing, promotion, and application. The company will closely align with the economic and industrial development plans of the eastern Guangdong region, focusing on high-performance polymer materials, new production processes, and advanced processing technologies as key R&D directions, to solve key technical and common problems constraining the development of enterprises and the industry.
