Nanchang Branch of Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. – Jiangxi Tongji Architectural Design & Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. It is a holding company of Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., and a directly dispatched institution of the Group. It is mainly responsible for the Group's architectural market business in Jiangxi, Hunan, and Hubei, and together with branches in Shenzhen, Chengdu, Yunnan, Tianjin, Hainan, Nanning, Xiong'an, and others, jointly explores the national market. The operation, personnel, finance, and design quality of the Nanchang Branch are uniformly managed by the Group, using the same technical standards and quality system. The Branch and the Group maintain sharing of human resources, business channels, technical standards, and design achievements.
Since its establishment, the Branch has always adhered to the business philosophy of quality first, brand supremacy, and premium service, forming a development pattern integrating architectural planning and design, civil air defense design, green building design, BIM design, prefabricated design, municipal engineering, feasibility studies for large and medium-sized project development, full-process real estate planning, PMC project management, planning review, construction drawing review and design bidding consulting, cost consulting, asset appraisal, environmental engineering consulting (pollution prevention and control), etc. It holds a Grade A certificate in the building industry (architectural engineering) and qualification certificates for urban and rural planning, civil air defense engineering, and landscape architecture engineering design.
It currently has more than 160 technical personnel, with intermediate and senior titles accounting for over 50%, and nearly 50 registered professionals of various specialties. It has two comprehensive branches, with specialties including consulting, planning, architecture, structure, electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC, landscape architecture, general layout, municipal roads, and building economics. Our institute consistently adheres to the principles of quality first and premium service, and has won excellent design awards in the engineering and architectural design industry, as well as multiple Jiangxi Provincial Excellent Survey and Design Awards.
