In November 2008, Zhongnan Steel Structure began construction of the Phase I heavy steel production base, which was officially completed and put into operation in May 2009. The base is located in Chengnan Industrial Park, Tuanfeng Economic Development Zone, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, covering an area of 112 mu, with a total investment of 110 million yuan. The Phase I project has a workshop of 20,000 square meters, a component storage yard of 15,000 square meters, an office building of 2,600 square meters, and staff dormitories of 2,300 square meters.
