集团公司成立于1994年12月，主要从事房地产开发经营和卢湾区直管公房的经营管理。集团具有房地产开发一级资质，入选上海市房地产开发企业50强，并与国内外知名投资公司和房地产开发企业建立了长期战略合作伙伴关系。
集团成立至今，通过独资、合资等形式，已完成开发涉外办公楼、酒店公寓、商场、住宅楼等各类项目23个、开发面积200多万平方米。近年来，集团从国际化的视角出发，通过稳健推动住宅房地产开发、积极发展商业房地产经营、主动提供房地产相关服务，不断增强企业核心竞争力。*新代表项目有思南公馆、永业公寓二期、永业购物中心、零星花园住宅保留保护改造等。
与此同时，集团积极发挥在旧区改造、公房物业管理、保障性住房建设中的骨干作用，关注民生、服务社会，不断提高企业对经济社会发展的贡献力。迄今为止共计实施了40余个地块的动拆迁工作，动迁居民2万余户。并承担了卢湾区185万平方米直管公房、售后房等房屋的物业管理工作，涉及居民约20万人，占全区常住人口的70%以上。集团目前还承担了三林保障性住房项目的建设任务。
