Sealand Securities is a nationally listed comprehensive financial services enterprise covering a diversified business system including securities, funds, futures, private equity investment, and alternative investment. Founded in 1988, the company, formerly known as Guangxi Securities Company, was among the first batch of securities companies established in China and registered in Guangxi. In 2001, it increased capital and share expansion, and was renamed Sealand Securities Co., Ltd. In August 2011, it backdoor-listed on the A-share market through Guilin JIQI Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and was renamed Sealand Securities Co., Ltd. (stock code: 000750), becoming the 16th listed securities company in China.
