It is the No. 1 project of Gaoquan New City in Miluo City, influencing the new pattern of Miluo's urban development.
In July 2018, Youa Investment successfully signed the Youa International Plaza project in Qidong County, Hengyang, and the Youa Central Mall project in Taoyuan County, Changde, with heavy investment to create landmark urban complexes.
In December 2019, the Youa · Wuling Commercial New City project in Jishou, Xiangxi, covering an area of 1,600 mu, aims to create a large-scale comprehensive commercial industrial cluster in the Wuling Mountain area integrating commercial tourism, market operation, trade logistics, e-commerce, etc., with a scale of tens of billions.
