South China Railway Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. is an independent legal entity enterprise under Guangzhou Railway (Group) Company. Established in 1993, the company was approved as a Grade A supervision unit by the Ministry of Construction in 1998, holding Grade A supervision qualifications for railway engineering, building engineering, highway engineering, and municipal public works (including subway and light rail engineering), as well as qualification for engineering tender agency. In 2003, it passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. It also engages in technical consulting services for railway development, construction, and supervision.
The company possesses strong technical strength and rich human resources, with a complete range of professional technical personnel and extensive experience in engineering construction and economic management. The company currently has over 550 employees, including 85 senior professional technical personnel, 380 intermediate professional technical personnel, and 35 other technical personnel; 120 registered supervision engineers and registered cost engineers certified by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel, and 420 supervision engineers certified at the provincial or ministerial level. The company is equipped with advanced engineering surveying instruments and first-class domestic engineering testing and inspection equipment.
Leveraging its comprehensive technical advantages, the company has participated in the construction of numerous national key engineering projects, with the cumulative total cost of supervised engineering projects exceeding 60 billion yuan. It has won more than ten provincial or ministerial level high-quality engineering awards, among which the Pinghu South Marshalling Station project of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway won the National Quality Engineering Gold Award, and the Lushui Double-Track Super-Large Bridge of the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway Electrification Speed-up Renovation Project won the First Prize of the Locomotive High-Quality Engineering. The Hainan Provincial People's Government awarded the company the title of Advanced Unit for the Hainan West Ring Railway Renovation Project, and the Hunan Provincial People's Government awarded the company the title of Advanced Unit for the Yiyang-Loudi Section of the Luoyang-Zhanjiang Railway and the Zhuzhou-Liupanshui Double-Track Railway Project.
