Introduction to Zhongheng Architectural Design Institute (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. The predecessor of Zhongheng Architectural Design Institute (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was CITIC South China (Group) Architectural Design Institute, established in 1996. It is a Class A design institute with strong technical strength and high industry reputation in the Guangzhou area, serving as a council member of the Guangzhou Urban Planning Association and a member of the Guangdong Province Survey and Design Association. In early 2019, it was rated as an excellent private enterprise in the engineering survey and design industry of Guangdong Province during the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up. The design institute has completed and is currently undertaking a wide range of engineering projects, including high-quality projects such as institutions of higher learning, hospitals, hotels, conference centers, large exhibition centers, high-end office buildings, resettlement areas, and high-end residential communities. Among its outstanding architectural design works covering tens of millions of square meters, multiple award-winning designs have received industry accolades such as the "Gold Award in the Public Building Category at the Barcelona World Architecture Festival," the "China Architecture Society Architectural Creation Award for the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China," and the "Luban Award." In early 2018, the design institute established a BIM R&D center and has since applied BIM technology in project design, effectively improving design quality control and construction project investment control.
