Qisheng Management Service Co., Ltd., established in 1978, is a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Group, providing comprehensive high-end property management services for the group's real estate projects in Hong Kong and mainland China. Qisheng manages an area exceeding 100 million square feet with over 9,000 employees.
Guangzhou Qisheng Property Management Co., Ltd., established in 2004, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Group's Hong Kong Qisheng Management Service Co., Ltd. Qisheng Property Management provides comprehensive management services for the group's high-end property projects developed in mainland China, with projects distributed in major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Chengdu.
The managed projects are all landmark projects in their respective districts, including Guangzhou Tianhuan Plaza, Tianhui igc Plaza, Tianying Plaza, Tianluan Plaza, Junlin, Jiulong Lake Villa Area; Beijing Wangfujing apm Plaza, Xincheng Plaza; Nanjing ifc Center; Chengdu Yuecheng, Tianyao, Triumphal Arch, Huancheng Plaza, and more.
