Fengxi Food --- Creating high-quality delicacies with creativity is our unremitting pursuit. Since its establishment in 2009, the company has grown rapidly with an annual growth rate of over 50%. The company adopts advanced domestic production equipment and technology, interpreting the perception of delicacy with the creativity of Fengxi people, extracting the finest from Western leisure foods and traditional Chinese cuisine. The company has three production plants in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, with 32 leisure food production lines in full operation, and currently employs over 1,600 people. Our main brand "Falez" has achieved top 3 sales rankings multiple times in food categories on online platforms such as Tmall and JD.com. The company is currently in rapid development. It has three food production plants in Dalang Town. The third plant (Fengxi Industrial Park) fully launched its production line equipment in mid-February 2023. The company offers substantial year-end bonuses. Employees who have been with the company for a full year are eligible for 1-6 months of year-end bonus based on the year-end assessment results. Those with outstanding contributions will receive a 6-month year-end bonus.

Since 2020, all managers, directors, and deputy general managers have adopted an annual salary system:
1. Deputy General Manager level of each center: annual salary 800,000-1,200,000 RMB.
2. National Sales Director: annual salary 800,000-1,000,000 RMB.
3. Production Manager, Process Manager, Food Equipment R&D Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager: annual salary 300,000-600,000 RMB.
4. Regional Sales Manager: annual salary 300,000-1,500,000 RMB (performance + commission);
5. Senior Food Equipment R&D Engineer/Project Director: annual salary 200,000-350,000 RMB.
6. Material Application Engineer/Formula R&D Engineer/Formula Process Project Director: annual salary 200,000-350,000 RMB.
7. Planning and Coordination Director (Planning, Material Control, Warehouse, Procurement): annual salary 300,000-650,000 RMB.
8. Senior Product Engineer/Director (Product Positioning or Packaging Design): annual salary 180,000-300,000 RMB.
9. Gift and New Year Goods Channel Manager, Bulk Channel Manager, KA Channel Manager, BC Channel Manager: annual salary 250,000-400,000 RMB.
10. Production Director, Equipment Engineer, Electrical Engineer, (Food) Decoration Engineer: monthly salary 11K-15K + year-end bonus (1-5 months).

Special Notes:
1. Interviews for all director, engineer, and manager levels take about 2 hours. Please reserve time for a more thorough understanding.
2. Interview process for director level and above: Fill in forms - Verify credentials - Manager group preliminary interview - Report to boss - Arrange re-interview - HR background check - Report background check results to boss - Determine salary - Communicate salary with candidate - Determine reporting date - Report. No immediate results will be given after the interview.
3. Engineers, directors, managers, and general managers are required to have truthful resumes. If background checks are not truthful, employment will be refused!!!
