Wuhan Heavy Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. is affiliated with China Power Construction Group Corporation (Fortune Global 500). Wuhan Heavy Industry Equipment Co., Ltd., formerly known as Wuhan Power Equipment Factory, was founded in October 1958 and is currently affiliated with China Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. It is a professional manufacturer of large-scale bulk material handling equipment, a national high-tech enterprise, and a best civilized unit in Hubei Province. The enterprise has a provincial-level technology center, possesses strong technical force, independently owns more than 30 patented technologies and proprietary technologies, and maintains close cooperation with multinational corporations, institutions of higher learning, and research institutes. Its leading products have always been at the advanced level, with a domestic market share of over 50%. It has complete capabilities in the development and design, manufacturing and processing, installation and commissioning, and operation and maintenance of heavy machinery equipment, electrical control systems, and hydraulic systems. The enterprise currently has six main products and businesses. First, complete car dumper systems, as well as the design, manufacturing, extended services, and engineering general contracting of related bulk material handling equipment such as automobile unloading machines, ring coal feeders, impeller coal feeders, and thickeners. Car dumper products include car dumper body equipment and shunting systems, with multiple models such as O-type, C-type, and side-tipping type, and multiple series such as single-dump, double-dump, triple-dump, and quadruple-dump. They can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, ports, mines, chemicals, transportation, construction, and other fields. As of June 2014, more than 500 car dumpers of various types have been produced, with users in all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, and it has become the first car dumper enterprise to enter the international market. The "Huaneng" brand car dumper was rated as a high-quality brand in China's machinery industry in 2012, and has also won titles such as Hubei Province Famous Brand Product, Wuhan City Famous Trademark, and Hubei Province Famous Trademark. The dual-purpose folding single-car dumper system won the first prize for scientific and technological progress of PowerChina in 2012. Second, port machinery products mainly including ship unloaders and ship loaders. Taking ship unloaders as an example, they have multiple series such as floating catenary bucket, quay wall catenary bucket, and grab bucket. Products are exported to South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and other countries and regions. Third, steel structure and space frame products, capable of producing various light steel and heavy steel products and serialized products such as space frames for industrial and civil buildings of various scales. Fourth, iron towers and power grid-related products, with series of related products such as power towers of 500KV and below, ground wire vibration de-icing devices, and dry ice insulator cleaning devices. Fifth, intelligent parking equipment, which can customize products according to user needs, terrain structure, and required number of parking spaces, and provide high-quality technical support and after-sales service. Sixth, energy-saving and environmental protection products and businesses, adopting business models such as contract energy management, EPC, and BT, engaged in energy-saving and environmental protection businesses such as lighting, water treatment, and dust removal. In addition, the enterprise is also engaged in engineering businesses such as complete design of electrical and hydraulic control for material conveying systems, manufacturing and complete design and manufacturing of low-voltage electrical control cabinets, monitoring and cloud service systems for large electromechanical equipment, and installation and commissioning of electromechanical engineering. The enterprise factory covers an area of more than 300 mu, with more than 900 employees. It is located in Baishazhou Industrial Park, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, within the Second Ring Road of Wuhan, backed by National Highway 107 and the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, with a dedicated railway line directly connecting to the workshop buildings, and facing the golden waterway - the Yangtze River. Transportation and warehousing conditions are extremely convenient.
