公司总部位于***陇东大型能源化工基地核心区，石油、天然气和煤炭蕴藏富集，长庆油田的发源地甘肃庆阳，成立于2008年，主要从事油田工程类服务、钻井、试油、试气、修井、注水井高压洗井、油井热洗清蜡、油管高压水射流除垢、井筒加药、油管试压、油套管内外防腐加工、车辆运输服务、新型工艺研发与应用等业务，目前公司拥有员工750余人。
西安分公司位于长庆油田总部所在地西安北郊凤城五路，成立于2017年，以合同洽谈、签订、招投标、结算等业务为主，是支撑公司各项业务发展的动脉机构。
