Fulong Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fulong Holding"), founded in 1998. Over the past two decades, it has always adhered to the corporate philosophy of "Honesty for credibility, Prosperity with aspiration for progress", consistently upheld the leadership of the Communist Party of China, promoted the revolutionary spirit of Xibaipo, embraced an international perspective, and moved forward to open a new chapter in China's new-type urban construction and operation. In 2014, Fulong Holding successfully registered as a new-type urban operator and brand service provider, becoming the first nationally certified new-type urban operator brand in China. Currently, Fulong Holding has successfully expanded its presence in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Hebei, Shanxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Hainan, etc., developing into a diversified industrial group integrating new-type urban operations and brand services, commerce, hotels, finance, energy, media, education, and agriculture. To support the Chongli Winter Olympics, serve the Olympics, build Chongli, and support the capital, Fulong Holding invested 26 billion yuan to create a full-family four-season town - Fulong Four Seasons Town International Resort, integrating ice and snow sports, parent-child education, leisure commerce, international events, music culture, leisure shopping, health and wellness vacation, etc. As a key construction project of Hebei Province, the town has a total planned land area of 22 square kilometers, with a total planned construction area of 2.2 million square meters, of which 610,000 square meters have been developed. The planned construction land area is 1,581 mu, of which 541 mu have been obtained, leaving approximately 1,040 mu available for future development, with land use planning already adjusted to construction land, supplied in batches according to the project development pace. The overall planning of the Fulong Four Seasons Town International Resort includes a city ski resort with 1 million square meters of snowmaking area, a 47,000 square meter diversified ski hall, a cluster of 6 hotels, a music town center of 200,000 square meters, supporting commercial space of 87,000 square meters, 400,000 square meters of forest and flower seas, a health and wellness hot spring center of 48,000 square meters, and a 360° mountaintop restaurant & coffee shop. It is a comprehensive four-season resort living complex combining ice and snow sports, parent-child education, leisure commerce, international events, music culture, leisure shopping, health and wellness vacation, and resort living, with additional supporting resources such as international education, high-end medical care, and diverse commercial formats, suitable for both vacation and daily living. The Fulong Four Seasons Town International Resort has passed the Hebei Province AAAA scenic spot assessment. The Fulong Ski Resort was rated among the "Top 10 Ski Resorts in China in 2018". The hotels within the town include the Zhangjiakou Chongli Fulong Resort Hotel (five-star), Tangyin Hot Spring Holiday Hotel (four-star), Chongli Hotel Indigo (five-star under construction), and Fulong Huanhuo Hotel (four-star), all designated official reception hotels for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
