Shenzhen Futian Construction Real Estate Development (Group) Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was founded in 1983 and is one of the earliest state-owned directly affiliated enterprises in Futian District. In 2002, it was restructured into a limited company (private enterprise). It serves as vice chairman unit of Shenzhen Enterprise Confederation, Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce, and Shenzhen Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce, and has won honorary titles such as "Advanced Enterprise of Guangdong Province," "Law-abiding Major Taxpayer of Shenzhen," "Top 100 Taxpayers of Futian District," and "Top 100 Taxpaying Private Enterprises."
