中水淮河规划设计研究有限公司位于安徽省合肥市滨湖新区，前身为水利部淮委规划设计研究院，系水利部淮委所属中央驻皖企业，水利行业两家“全国先进工程勘察设计企业”之一。近年来先后承担并顺利完成了淮河入海水道近期工程、临淮岗洪水控制工程、南水北调东线、中线工程等数百项国家重点工程的规划、设计、勘测、研究和咨询工作，并获各类奖项50余项（次）。公司现有员工近300人，拥有8种甲级和3种乙级资质。
