China Energy Engineering Group Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC), which is a comprehensive super-large group company providing overall solutions and full-industry-chain services for energy, electric power, infrastructure, and other industries in China and globally. Established in 1952, the Company is a specialized platform company for housing construction under CEEC, headquartered in the High-tech Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province. The Company is a meritorious enterprise in the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, a national civilized unit, a national model worker's home, and a national training base for employees, and has twice won the National May Day Labor Certificate. It is a main force in infrastructure construction and a national team in energy and electric power construction.
The Company has comprehensive qualifications, including special-grade qualification for general construction contracting of building engineering and Grade A for industry design, Grade I for general construction contracting of electric power, municipal, highway, and mechanical and electrical engineering, Grade II for general construction contracting of port and waterway, water conservancy and hydropower, mining, petrochemical, communication, and metallurgy engineering, and Grade I for professional contracting of architectural decoration, building mechanical and electrical installation, foundation, environmental protection, steel structure, etc., as well as Grade B for new energy design, Grade A for power engineering commissioning, and Grade A for supervision, totaling 63 qualifications. It has passed the "20-star" credit certification of China Engineering Construction Enterprise, and is a national AAAAA standard-good-behavior enterprise, an AAAAA benchmarking enterprise for excellent performance in the electric power industry, a AAA credit enterprise in China engineering construction social credit, and a national model enterprise for integrity in engineering construction.
The business layout is extensive. The Company has established a "2+3" business pattern: "two main businesses" of housing construction and energy electric power, "two auxiliary businesses" of municipal and comprehensive transportation, plus "one new, special, and fine business" of environmental water services. Specifically, housing construction includes new urbanization, area development, residential housing, commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, and sports facilities, etc. Energy electric power includes traditional energy (coal power, gas power, operation and maintenance, power transmission and transformation, etc.) and new energy and comprehensive smart energy (wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, hydrogen energy, etc.). Municipal includes urban roads, bridges and tunnels, urban pipelines, utility tunnels, etc. Comprehensive transportation includes highways, urban rail transit, ports and waterways, airports, etc. Environmental water services include river and lake treatment and flood control, ecological and environmental protection, and environmental governance. The business covers 31 provinces in China and 20 countries overseas.
The Company has strong scientific research capabilities, holding three national-level research platforms: national high-tech enterprise, national enterprise technology center, and national post-doctoral research station. The national prefabricated building production base and the Anhui Provincial Engineering Research Center for Green Production Technology of Housing Construction have passed provincial and municipal reviews. The Company has led or participated in the compilation of 53 national and industry standards, and has achieved 350 awards for construction methods, patents, software copyrights, and scientific and technological awards, as well as 57 national management innovation achievement awards.
