德国OMS驱动公司成立于1930年。其集团所属企业包括位于中国大连开发区的安美适驱动技术（大连）有限公司和美特捷成汽车系统（大连）有限公司。
安美适驱动技术（大连）有限公司是由德国OMS驱动公司投资的电梯扶梯设备制造领域中*的企业。业务一个是高效率扶梯主机和特种驱动系统的开发和生产，另一个是永磁（无齿）电梯曳引系统的开发和生产。OMS驱动公司和其姐妹公司--美特汽车部件集团共同开发高效率特种齿轮系统，于1997年实现技术突破并推出了新一代螺旋伞齿轮技术。
OMS德国总公司创新研发部门和制造部门位于德国黑森州。其产品广泛运用于奥的斯、迅达、蒂森克虏伯、通力、日立、康力，CNIM和其它品牌扶梯和电梯。
Established in 1930, OMS Antriestechnik has two entities in Dalian Development area,P.R.China.One is
OMS Technology(Dalian) Co.,Ltd., another is MitecJebsen Automotive Systems(Dalian) Co.,Ltd.
OMS Technology (Dalian) Co.,Ltd. is the branch company of German company--OMS Antriebstechnik,
which is an international leader in the development and manufacture of drive systems for escalators and elevator.
In 1997, decades of experience in gear manufacturing combined with close cooperation with our sister company--Mitec AG brought a technical breakthrough in the elevator sector. It resulted in the development of hypoid-bevel gear technology.
OMS Antriebstechnik is based in Cornberg, in the German state of Hessen. The company’s innovative research and development department as well as the production plant are located here. OMS products are widely used by the major elevator and escalator makers, such as OTIS, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp,Kone,Canny ，Hitachi, CNIM and many other companies.
