It is a Grade A engineering consulting enterprise approved by the state to practice, and an independent legal entity whose core businesses include engineering cost consulting (Grade A, AAA), engineering consulting (Grade A in both building and municipal engineering), tender agency (AAA), engineering supervision, judicial appraisal, engineering project management, and whole-process engineering consulting.
