Founded in 2000, Pengyuansheng High-tech Co., Ltd. has developed into an integrated supplier of wire harnesses, cables, power supply products, and new energy products, integrating R&D, production, and sales. The company mainly produces various USB data cables, Apple Lightning data cables, AC cables, DC cables, HDMI and other audio-video cables, high-speed data transmission cables, various earphone cables, PDU/UPS power cords, professional communication wires, as well as power products such as chargers, adapters, power banks, wireless chargers, smart power strips, and new energy products such as energy storage and inverters, and charging piles (guns). The company's headquarters and R&D center are located in Lianhua Industrial Park, Longhua New District, Shenzhen, and it has production bases in Shenzhen, Hunan, and Vietnam, with a total factory building area of 300,000 square meters. The company employs more than 3,000 people, of which R&D personnel account for 7% and quality personnel account for 10%.

In product design, simulation auxiliary means are applied to improve the one-time success rate of products; automation of processes is considered in design; and a perfect verification system ensures product reliability. The company has independent wire extrusion and dust-free assembly workshops, equipped with high-speed elevators and central air conditioning. The assembly workshop has 150 production lines in use. We develop and introduce various production automation equipment year by year, optimize production engineering processes and technologies, achieving 90% automation coverage in key positions; and continuously introduce advanced management methods such as JIDOKA, Kaizen, and Escalation system to improve the overall product quality and production efficiency of the factory.
