2002年大圣烧烤在宜昌市西坝成立***家烧烤店，至今为止，宜昌有烧烤连锁店8家，武汉市有烧烤连锁店30余家，到2020年，公司烧烤连锁店将达100余家。初味传承食品公司加工厂面积2000多平方米，产能还在不断扩大，未来有很大的发展空间。

公司以搭建创业平台，实现老板梦想为使命，以传播创业文化，孵化企业人才为宗旨，努力帮助更多的人快速实现老板梦想。目前，大圣烧烤共有股东100余人，创业队员多名。大圣人参股的方式是公平公正公开的，股东都是从优秀员工中选拔而来，当股东凭的是苦干和能干，也正是如此，大圣人对未来充满了极大的自信。2020年公司将有更多的员工参股经营，公司也将迎来爆发式的增长。
