Hunan Urban Construction Testing Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and underwent a controlling reorganization in 2013 by Changsha City Investment Infrastructure Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive testing technology service institution with municipal engineering testing as its advantageous specialty, possessing seven major professional testing and R&D capabilities: municipal engineering testing, municipal bridge testing, building materials testing, foundation testing, main structure testing, indoor environment testing, and hydropower telemetry. The company carries out technical collaboration with the National Engineering Laboratory for High-Speed Railway Construction Technology and is a member unit of the testing institution database for government-invested engineering construction projects in Changsha.
