"Haiye Design Institute" is a provincial comprehensive design and construction private enterprise located in Wuhan, Hubei Province. It was founded in 1989 and was restructured from a state-owned public institution into a technology-based private enterprise in 2002. It currently holds Class A architectural engineering design qualifications (including Class A architectural decoration engineering design, Class A building curtain wall engineering design, Class A light steel structure engineering design, Class A intelligent building system design, Class A lighting engineering design, and Class A fire protection facility engineering design). It also holds Class A housing construction supervision, Class B municipal engineering supervision, Class B petrochemical supervision, Class B landscape architecture design special qualification, and Class B design qualifications for municipal industries (road engineering, water supply engineering, drainage engineering, and bridge engineering). It is one of the earliest private design institutes with the most complete design qualifications in Hubei Province, ranking fifth among local private design enterprises in the Hubei Province survey and design market in the first half of 2022. The company headquarters is located on the 11th floor, Tower A, Dongsha Building, Zhongbei Road, Wuchang District, in the center of Wuhan. The company currently has more than 260 on-duty professional and technical personnel of various types, including more than 90 with intermediate or above technical titles. Among them: 7 Class I national registered architects; 9 Class I national registered structural engineers; 5 national registered equipment engineers, 12 registered supervision engineers, 3 registered cost engineers, and 8 constructors.
