Introduction to Xinrongda Consulting (Group)
Hunan Xinrongda Consulting (Group), formerly Changde Rongda Asset Appraisal Firm under the Changde Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, was established in June 1993 and is the first specialized appraisal institution in the financial system of Hunan Province. In 2005, in response to the document requirements of the Ministry of Construction, it was divided into Hunan Xinrongda Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd., Hunan Xinrongda Land Appraisal Co., Ltd., Hunan Xinrongda Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., Hunan Province Xinrongda Judicial Appraisal Office, and Hunan Jinyuan Rongda Tax Accountants Firm Co., Ltd., each with independent practicing qualifications.
At present, Hunan Xinrongda Consulting (Group) possesses the following professional qualifications:
1. "Real Estate Appraisal Qualification" (Class I)
Hunan Xinrongda Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. was established on March 1, 2005. Issuing authority: Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. Certificate number: Jian Fang Gu Zheng Zi No. (2012) 012. Registered capital: RMB 2 million. Practicing qualification grade: Class I. It is one of the fastest-growing and strongest comprehensive real estate appraisal institutions in Hunan Province, and is among the leading in the same industry within the province. In 2009, the company was selected as a council member unit of the Hunan Province Enterprise Culture Promotion Association, and successively won honors such as the 2009, 2010, and 2011 "Top Ten Units in Credit Evaluation of Real Estate Appraisal Enterprises in Hunan Province", and was selected as the third "Deputy Director Unit" of the Intermediary Professional Committee of Hunan Province Real Estate Industry Association in 2010 and 2011.

3. Asset Appraisal Qualification (Nationwide Practice)
Hunan Xinrongda Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. was established on October 8, 2001. Issuing authority: Hunan Provincial Department of Finance. Certificate number: 43020004. Approval document number: Xiang Cai Kuai Han Zi [2001] No. 1072. Registered capital: RMB 2 million. In 2011, it ranked 6th among the top 20 asset appraisal institutions in the province by business revenue.
4. Judicial Appraisal Qualification
Hunan Province Xinrongda Judicial Appraisal Office is a judicial appraisal office with independent qualifications jointly established by Hunan Xinrongda Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd., Hunan Xinrongda Land Appraisal Co., Ltd., and Hunan Xinrongda Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. It was established in 2001. Issuing authority: Hunan Provincial Department of Justice. Certificate number: 4301009.

Hunan Jinyuan Rongda Tax Accountants Firm Co., Ltd. was approved for establishment by the Certified Tax Agents Management Center of the State Administration of Taxation.
