Changsha Urban Construction Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd.

Changsha Urban Construction Investment is a subsidiary group under Changsha Urban Development Group. Changsha Urban Development Group Co., Ltd. was established by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to optimize the allocation of state-owned capital, assets, and resources and accelerate the reform of state-owned enterprises, with Changsha Urban Construction Investment Group and Changsha Xiandao Holding Group as the main entities. The Group was officially inaugurated on September 25, 2019, and is a state-owned enterprise wholly funded by the Changsha Municipal Government. Its registered capital is 50 billion yuan. The company will vigorously implement the "Three Cities and Two Investments" strategy (urban construction, urban operation, urban renewal, industrial investment, and financial investment). At present, the company is mainly responsible for the development and construction of eight major areas, including the Convention and Exhibition Area, Southern Area, Malanshan Area, and Nanhu Area on the east bank of the river, and the Yanghu Area, Binjiang Area, Moon Island Area, and High-speed Rail West City Area on the west bank. Its main businesses include primary land development, real estate, industrial investment, financing guarantees, water affairs, international trade, smart city, urban renewal, parking lots, advertising, smart mobility, etc.
