我司生产车间目前共有34台机械设备，其中包括6台数控机床，4台电火花，4台线切割以及20台注塑机，所有的注塑设备均配备机械臂以实现自动化生产。目前我司有裁切装置，轨道装置，球拍，猫窝，束带等专利产品；工艺成熟的机加工，磨床，线切割技术。我们的品质监管部门配备两台三坐标测量机，红外线3D扫描仪，以及ISO9001质量管理体系做到产前产后实时监管，以确保每一件产品的质量。
