Hunan Jinjun Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Hunan Jinlu Fangyuan Engineering Consulting and Testing Co., Ltd., is a professional testing company established in 2003 by Hunan Jinlu Supervision Company, a former directly affiliated supervision enterprise of the Hunan Provincial Department of Transportation. In order to keep up with the trend of the times and promote technological innovation, it was renamed Hunan Jinjun Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jinjun Technology) at the end of March 2017.
Jinjun Technology has a registered capital of 5 million yuan and has independent enterprise legal person status. The company holds Comprehensive Class A highway engineering qualifications from the Ministry of Transport, special qualifications for bridge and tunnel engineering, as well as testing qualifications from the construction department for steel structures, main structures, foundations, and witnessed sampling.

In November 2019, the company successfully purchased the park at No. 10 Maqiaohe Road, Gaotangling Street, Wangcheng District, Changsha City (covering an area of 26 mu), which is being developed and constructed into the company's new headquarters base.
Relying on strong technical strength and complete testing methods, Jinjun Technology has successively undertaken quality testing work for completion and acceptance of multiple highways of various grades both within and outside the province; bridge structure testing and monitoring, structural concrete testing, steel structure testing; foundation testing work; tunnel construction monitoring and measurement, advanced geological forecasting, and structural and environmental testing work; various materials and mix proportion testing work; expressway owner and supervision laboratory work; construction project testing work, etc. The company has a good reputation, and its testing business services are well received by industry regulatory authorities and construction units. The main research areas of the research institute are: tunnels and underground engineering, engineering disaster prevention and mitigation, non-blasting excavation of hard rock engineering, degradation and safety control of engineering structures, engineering quality and safety testing and evaluation, new green environmental protection technologies for engineering, etc. The research results obtained have been applied in engineering construction.
In recent years, the company has undertaken multiple scientific research projects, obtained 3 national patents and 2 science and technology awards, and published more than 20 related scientific and technological papers.
