Nanchang County Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in June 2005. It is a wholly state-owned company funded by the Nanchang County Government, with a registered capital of RMB 215.12 million. Since its establishment, with the mission of "making good use of urban asset resources and creating a better urban life," the Company has followed the business model of "government leadership, market-oriented operation, and corporate management," earnestly performed the functions of agent construction management for government-invested projects, financing and management of urban construction funds, and operation and management of state-owned assets, and explored and developed self-operated businesses. The Company has a Party Leadership Group, a Board of Directors, and a management team, with "six departments and two offices," namely the Comprehensive Office, Human Resources Department, Planning and Finance Department, Audit and Legal Affairs Department, Business Management Department, Chief Engineer's Office, Housing Construction Project Management Department, and Municipal Engineering Management Department.
