儒芯微电子材料（上海）有限公司成立于2016年12月，是集光刻胶研发、生产、销售和技术服务为一体的国内先进半导体材料供应商。公司的研发中心坐落在浦东新区金桥经济开发区，比邻国家半导体发展的核心园区张江高科技园区。公司研发团队包括3名博士，具有多年的光刻胶材料研发及半导体制造相关工作经验，并于中科院、华东理工大学等高校和研究机构建立良好的合作关系。公司目前主要研发中高端及特种光刻胶产品，实现国产替代进口。
