Wuhan Sanmu Hesen Construction Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Wuhan City on March 28, 2018, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. The controlling shareholder of the company is Wuhan Municipal Engineering Cement Products Co., Ltd. The Wuhan Sanmu Hesen Industrialization Comprehensive Base covers a total land area of approximately 400 mu and is constructed in two phases. Each phase adopts internationally excellent technical systems to build two domestically advanced intelligent production lines. The first phase involves an investment of 300 million yuan, covers 150 mu of land, with a factory building area of 28,000 square meters. It annually produces new-type industrialized environmentally friendly building materials required for housing construction, including prefabricated exterior walls, prefabricated interior walls, composite slabs, stairs, beams, columns, balcony slabs, bay window slabs, prefabricated villas, and municipal comprehensive utility tunnels, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters.
