Hubei Xintiandi Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in April 1997. It was legally formed as a technology consulting limited liability company with independent legal personality under the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Construction's Provisions on Engineering Construction Supervision and other relevant regulations, in accordance with modern enterprise systems, against the backdrop of further deepening reform of China's management system, transition to a market economy, and organizing engineering construction and construction management in a standardized, legal, and scientific manner with reference to international practices. It operates independently, does independent accounting, and is entrusted by construction units to engage in project consulting and construction supervision. The Company passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in 2003.
The Company has a registered capital of 3.1 million RMB and was approved by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China as a formal Grade A qualification supervision unit, with qualification certificate number: E142003411. Its main business covers construction supervision of various types of general industrial and civil construction projects, environmental engineering, municipal engineering, highway traffic engineering, and industrial construction projects in textiles, printing and dyeing, chemical fibers, garments, light industry, etc.; it also engages in construction engineering technical consulting, scientific and technological development, asset evaluation, economic analysis, interior decoration engineering design, etc. All remaining personnel have undergone systematic study and training in construction supervision theory and have obtained supervision engineer qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Construction or the Hubei Provincial Department of Construction.
Hubei Xintiandi Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. relies on technical personnel from colleges and universities, design institutes, and construction units. The Company currently has a total of 132 professional and technical personnel and management personnel in architecture, structure, electrical, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, automatic control, integrated wiring, network installation, building materials, mechanical manufacturing, budget estimation, surveying, geotechnical engineering, and law. There are 42 with senior titles and 56 with intermediate titles, including 32 national registered supervision engineers, 3 national registered architects, 3 national registered structural engineers, and 5 national registered cost engineers.
