The company was established in April 2018 as a joint venture between Jiangxi Expressway Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Zhongjiao Xintong Network Technology Co., Ltd.
The premise for the company's establishment is that the Ministry of Transport, in order to advance informatization in the transportation industry, improve industry management and service levels, promote the transformation of the development mode of the transportation industry, and fully utilize expressway communication resources, follows the principles of overall layout and gradual improvement, and builds and optimizes the information and communication network of the transportation industry in stages, so as to achieve interconnection of data such as industry management, emergency, and service information between the Ministry of Transport and provincial-level entities.
