I. Company Introduction:
Shenzhen Civil Aviation Cares Co., Ltd. was established in April 1995. It is a civil aviation information technology service company controlled by TravelSky Technology Limited, with joint investment from Shenzhen Airlines, Shenzhen Airport, China Southern Airlines, Air China, Xinhua Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines.
China TravelSky Holding Company is a central enterprise under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is a large state-owned high-tech enterprise specializing in aviation transport and tourism information services. The group company has a high-quality workforce of more than 10,000 employees. Its headquarters is in Beijing, with nearly 70 subsidiaries and non-controlling companies across the country and worldwide.
China TravelSky Holding Company was officially established in October 2002. Its predecessor was the Civil Aviation Computer Information Center of China, with a development history of more than 40 years. In 2000, the Civil Aviation Computer Information Center of China, together with all domestic commercial airlines, initiated the establishment of TravelSky Technology Limited, which was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2001 under stock code 00696.HK. In July 2008, China TravelSky Holding Company completed the reorganization of its main business and assets with TravelSky Technology Limited as the main entity and successfully listed as a whole in Hong Kong.
II. Current Status of the Company:
After 30 years of development, Shenzhen Cares has become an information technology solutions and services enterprise with prominent advantages in the civil aviation sales and service field. It is a National High-tech Enterprise, a Shenzhen Innovative Technology Enterprise, and a Shenzhen "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" Enterprise. The company's total assets are RMB 469 million, with 270 employees, including nearly 160 technical R&D personnel.
III. Company Business and Products:
Shenzhen Cares serves more than 150 aviation sales agents in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Shantou, and other areas, as well as customers including Shenzhen Airlines, Donghai Airlines, Kunming Airlines, Shenzhen Airport, and Jieyang Chaoshan Airport. It provides civil aviation network technology services to regional customers and undertakes technical support and services for civil aviation networks, civil aviation reservations, departure systems, and related aviation business users in the region. As the operational support institution for the civil aviation real-time ticketing system and the airport real-time passenger departure processing system, Shenzhen Cares is the unit with core support capabilities for these systems in the region.
Shenzhen Cares has multiple self-developed products with independent intellectual property rights covering airlines and airport business fields, and has successfully expanded to airlines and airports outside its jurisdiction. With the further deepening of collaboration with international companies in the past two years, the company has made major breakthroughs in overseas markets, expanding its services to Cathay Pacific of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Immigration Department, and Siem Reap Angkor Airport in Cambodia.
