Basic Information: Shenzhen Ziheng Technology Co., Ltd. is an energy-saving service company invested and established in 2007 by Yunnan Industrial Investment Company, Kunming Sunshine Jiye Co., Ltd., etc., with an initial registered capital of 20 million yuan. The company has under its jurisdiction the Shenzhen headquarters, the Tsinghua University Energy-Saving Joint R&D Center, Xiamen Zhiyu Technology Co., Ltd., and a U.S. branch. Ziheng Technology Co., Ltd. is among the first batch of energy-saving service companies officially filed and recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission.

Development History: The company's predecessor was the First Automation Business Division and the First Software Business Division of Kunming Sunshine Jiye Co., Ltd. Its predecessor entered the field of industrial automation in 1993, entered the field of industrial informatization in 1999, and entered the field of building energy efficiency in 2007, committed to using advanced energy-saving core technologies, digital technologies, intelligent control technologies, etc., to provide customers with more valuable energy-saving core products (city-level/enterprise group-level/single building-level intelligent energy management systems, intelligent controllers) and energy efficiency services (contract energy management, whole-process energy-saving services, automation system integration and value-added services).
