河南省水利勘测设计研究有限公司，于2005年8月在原河南省水利勘测设计院基础上改制创建而成。始建于1956年，其前身是1950年10月成立的河南省治淮总指挥部工程部工务处。经过六十多年的发展和建设，现已成为主要从事水利水电工程勘测设计的国家甲级综合性工程勘察设计单位，拥有6个甲级资质，具有承担大、中型水利水电工程的勘察、规划、设计、咨询、水土保持、水资源论证、防洪影响评价、水环境工程设计、防水材料、工程总承包的能力和丰富的实践经验。因豫北地区业务发展需要，现成立河南省水利勘测设计研究有限公司焦作分公司，主要承揽豫北地区水利水电工程勘测设计业务，办公地点常设于郑州市金水区。诚邀广大水利水电专业人员加入公司共同发展。
