Guangdong Huashen Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., formerly known as Guangdong Huashen Cost Engineer Office, was established in August 1999 and was affiliated with the Guangzhou Special Commissioner's Office of the National Audit Office. In May 2001, it was delinked and restructured into Guangdong Huashen Cost Engineer Office Co., Ltd., and in January 2018, it was renamed to Guangdong Huashen Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. Through the joint efforts of our employees, the company has grown from small to large and developed gradually over the past 12 years. It has now evolved from providing single construction project cost consulting services to a comprehensive intermediary service company that includes construction project management, completion settlement compilation, and judicial appraisal. The company's registered capital is RMB 15.01 million, with Grade A qualification for construction project cost consulting units. Our company is a vice president unit of the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Cost Association and an outstanding member unit of its first council. Our subsidiary, Guangdong Huashen Construction Engineering Cost Judicial Appraisal Institute, is a council member of the Guangdong Judicial Appraisal Association and the Guangzhou Judicial Appraisal Association.
