Sitan Technology

Sitan Technology is a national-level specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of Micro-LED semiconductor display technology, and it operates a provincial-level engineering technology research center. After nearly 20 years of original technological accumulation, the founding team members built China's first dedicated Micro-LED pilot line in Shenzhen in 2019 and completed a series of pilot-stage processes including Micro-LED technology transfer, material verification, and process optimization.
Xiamen Sitan Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sitan Technology. In 2022, as a key investment attraction project of Xiamen City, it was established in the Graphene New Materials Industrial Park of Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and a planned first-phase investment of 1 billion yuan. It selects production equipment globally and is building China's first Micro-LED silicon-based monolithic bonding production line. It has chip and module production lines for yellow light, etching, thin film, cutting, bonding, packaging, and other processes, with a total building area of approximately 20,000 square meters. Its products serve terminal manufacturers in virtual displays, wearable devices, and other fields, providing chips, display modules, and product customization services suitable for small-size screens such as AR/VR, automotive displays, watches, and wristbands, and it has an annual production capacity of six million sets of Micro-LED display modules.
Since its founding in 2018, Sitan Technology has undertaken dozens of national, provincial, and municipal key research projects and has successively received more than 100 awards and honors from international and domestic industry and government departments, mainly including: National Specialized and Sophisticated "Little Giant" Enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center Recognition, National Key R&D Program Project, SID Peter Brody Prize of the Society for Information Display, 2023 China Micro-LED Display Innovative Application Enterprise, 2024 International CES Innovation Award, etc.
