COSCO Kansai Paint & Chemicals Co., Ltd. is a large international enterprise engaged in the production, sales, and research and development of coatings. In three coastal developed cities, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Zhuhai, COSCO Kansai has established production plants, which have laid a strategic pattern covering the south, central, and north regions for the company's development.
From the establishment of the Tianjin plant in 1992 to the completion of the Zhuhai plant in 2007, COSCO Kansai has traversed an extraordinary development path. Over fifteen years of operation, COSCO Kansai has grown from small to large and from large to strong, earning a significant position in the coating industry. After more than a decade of development, the company has formed a stable market customer base, mature products, good reputation, and strong competitiveness. With the completion of Zhuhai COSCO Kansai, the actual annual production capacity has exceeded 100,000 tons, and more than 85% of products are directly or indirectly exported overseas each year. The company primarily produces and operates container coatings, marine coatings, offshore oil facility coatings, and industrial heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings.
