Hubei China Youth International Tourism Group was established in July 2004 with a registered capital of 7 million yuan, headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei. It is the executive vice president and secretary-general unit of the Hubei Provincial Travel Agency Association, the executive director unit of the Hubei Small and Medium Enterprises Association, a member unit of the Hubei Provincial Tourism Culture Development Promotion Association, the vice chairman unit of the Hubei Elderly Sports Association, and a member unit of the China Youth Travel Service Alliance.

After years of development, it has covered multiple industries including regular tourism, resource wholesale, airline route operations, happiness communities, study tours, scenic area operations, health and wellness living, boutique hotels, specialty dining, and specialty product stores, providing comprehensive and three-dimensional tourism services for people of different age groups.
Hubei China Youth Cultural Tourism and Health Development Co., Ltd. was established on August 19, 2018, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei China Youth International Travel Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive company integrating the development and sales of cultural tourism products; protection, development and operation of tourist attractions; development and sales of rural tourism products and investment and development of health and wellness projects; sales of health and wellness products; real estate development and sales; housing leasing; property management; and hotel operations (including accommodation and catering services).
