It is a wholly state-owned enterprise authorized by the Baiyun District People's Government, with the Guangzhou Baiyun District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau directly performing the investor's duties. The registered capital is RMB 2 billion. The Group thoroughly implements the deployment requirements of the district committee and district government, focusing on its main business, and comprehensively builds a "2+4+1" modern industrial cluster, that is, accelerating the development of two pillar advantageous industrial clusters: beauty and health, and modern urban agriculture; expanding and strengthening four strategic emerging industrial clusters: new energy (new energy storage), new generation information technology, cultural tourism creativity, and laser and plasma; cultivating and developing future industrial clusters such as biomanufacturing, and striving to build a matrix business architecture covering the entire chain of "platform development, investment attraction, equity investment, and enterprise services", becoming a strong driving force for the economic development of Baiyun District.
