赤峰启辉铝业发展有限公司拟在赤峰市马林工业园区建设氧化铝项目。项目总投资170亿元，建设规模为650万吨/年氧化铝，以进口铝土矿为主要原料，采用拜耳法生产冶金级砂状氧化铝。二条高温生产线，三条低温生产线单线产能130万吨/年，项目包括氧化铝生产装置及公辅配套设施。建成后将成为全球铝行业标志性项目。
