Sinotrans Limited (referred to as "Sinotrans") was established on November 20, 2002, and successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 13, 2003 (stock code ******). It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange A-share market on January 18, 2019 (601598.SH).
