3. 项目经验：有实际的大模型应用落地项目（如智能客服、知识库助手）经验，有国网项目经验优先。
4. 综合素质：
- 具备出色的语言表达与理解能力，能够自信、专业地与客户进行交流，具备良好的服务意识。
- 适应客户现场办公环境，具备较强的抗压能力。
