岗位职责
1、负责基于 Kubeflow 的机器学习平台设计与开发，构建端到端的MLOps流水线，支持模型训练、部署、监控与编排。
2、深度定制与扩展Kubeflow组件（如Kubeflow Pipelines、KFServing、Katib、Notebook Server等），优化资源调度与执行效率。
3、与算法团队协作，将机器学习工作流容器化，并迁移至Kubernetes环境，提升模型迭代与上线效率。
4、开发Python后端服务与SDK，封装Kubeflow API，提供统一的多租户、权限管理与作业生命周期管理能力。
5、参与平台架构演进，解决大规模分布式训练、异构资源（GPU/CPU）调度、存储与网络等复杂工程问题。
6、编写技术文档，指导初中级工程师，推动团队工程*佳实践落地。

任职要求
1、6年以上Python开发经验，精通语言特性及异步编程（asyncio、FastAPI等），具备高质量代码设计与重构能力。
2、深入理解 Kubernetes 原理，熟练使用client-go或Python客户端进行二次开发，有实际Operator/Controller开发经验。
3、至少1年以上 Kubeflow 实际生产落地经验，熟悉其核心组件架构与源码级定制能力。
4、熟悉MLOps全流程，包括数据版本管理、模型实验跟踪、CI/CD/CT流水线设计。
5、具备良好的Linux系统、网络与容器化知识，熟练使用Docker、Helm、Kustomize等工具。
