【岗位职责】
1. 负责公司业务系统的后端功能方案设计与开发（以rpa及Python为主），保障系统的高可用性与扩展性。
2. 参与数据分析平台及AI应用产品的落地，利用Python进行数据处理、模型接口对接及相关工具开发。
3. 针对业务数据进行深度挖掘与分析，为产品迭代提供技术视角的优化建议。
4. 参与技术难点攻关，优化现有代码结构与数据库性能。
【任职要求】
1. 学历背景：统招全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业。
2. 工作经验：5年软件开发经验，具备扎实的多语言开发能力，技术栈以“rpa、Python为主”。
3.熟练使用Python进行脚本编写或后端开发；
4.用过AI相关，如Coze、Dify等，且有过VibeCoding经历；。
- 有实际的数据分析产品或AI应用产品开发经验者优先；
- 熟悉常见AI接口调用、大模型应用落地或数据处理流程（如Pandas, NumPy等）者优先。
5. 数据库与工程化：精通MySQL等关系型数据库，熟悉Redis、MQ等中间件；熟练使用Git，具备良好的代码规范和文档编写习惯。
6. 综合素质：具备良好的逻辑思维能力和业务理解力，能从技术角度推动数据/AI产品的落地。
【加分项】
- 有LangChain、向量数据库或AIGC相关项目开发经验。
- 熟悉Vue/React等前端框架，能独立完成前后端联调。
- 有从0到1搭建数据分析平台或AIGC产品经验。
