成都轨道建设管理有限公司于2018年3月由原“成都轨道交通集团有限公司建设分公司”重新注册成立，注册资本2亿元人民币，是成都轨道交通集团有限公司下属的具有独立法人资格的全资子公司。主要负责轨道交通建设项目及其同体工程（不含车辆、信号、AFC和车辆段工艺设备建设项目）从初步设计到工程验收移交完成之间的全过程建设管理工作；并负责代建项目按合同约定开展建设管理工作，公司下设9个部门、4个专业化分公司、2个市场化子公司，现有员工400余人。
