Jiangxi Provincial Jiangtou Road & Bridge Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangtou Road & Bridge) is a specialized road and bridge company established in May 2008 by Jiangxi Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Group Company). In August 2013, as a central state-owned enterprise entered Jiangxi, a strategic investor, China Communications First Highway Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CCCC First Highway Engineering), was introduced for capital increase and share expansion, forming a strategic cooperation. The company has a registered capital of 650 million yuan, of which the Group Company holds 70% equity and CCCC First Highway Engineering holds 30% equity. The aim is to leverage the advantages of both parties in engineering construction and project investment and financing to jointly build Jiangtou Road & Bridge into a first-class transportation and logistics investment holding enterprise in the region.

Currently, Jiangtou Road & Bridge holds controlling stakes in two subsidiaries: Ganzhou Kangda Expressway Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Investment Group Zixi Expressway Investment Development Co., Ltd., which respectively operate two expressway projects: the Nankang to Dayu Expressway (connecting to Shaoguan, Guangdong) and the Zixi Huajieshan to Limu Expressway (connecting to western Fujian). According to the Group Company's medium- and long-term development strategy, Jiangtou Road & Bridge will serve as a sector platform to integrate and optimize transportation infrastructure assets held by the Group Company, including Jiangxi Jiujiang Yangtze River Highway Bridge Co., Ltd. (connecting Jiangxi and Hubei), Jiangxi Provincial Ruixun Expressway Co., Ltd. (connecting Meizhou, Guangdong), Jiangxi Gan-E-Wan Road & Bridge Investment Co., Ltd. (operating Jiujiang First Bridge), Dayu Service Area and Dajueshan Service Area, to enhance the enterprise's professional management level and market competitiveness, continuously expand and strengthen its road and bridge business, and vigorously promote the development of tourism, new energy, ecological and environmental protection and other industries, striving to achieve diversified business development.
