八口于2006年在杭州创立，其前身为八口事务所，2008年正式成立有限公司。八口以景观设计为基础，逐渐发展成为新型的综合性方向发展的企业。目前公司旗下拥有长沙八口景观设计有点公司、杭州八口景观设计有限公司、杭州八口之翼建筑装饰设计有限公司、杭州八口之源景观工程有限公司、八口花园之家、武义八口农场等。
公司目前的业务已遍布全国二十多个省、市、直辖市；同时，公司作品多次荣获设计大奖，沈阳东方·欧博城荣获“景观生态奖”、新湖·香格里拉荣获“全国人居经典”***奖、倚天·盛世钱塘荣获“国际花园社区（中国赛区）大奖、宜兴·九龙依云样板区荣获“园林景观金奖”等
