In September 2009, Chongqing Huasheng Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huasheng Testing) was established, and is now located at No. 158 Fengde Road, Jinfeng Town, High-tech Zone, Chongqing. Since its establishment, it has successively obtained the qualification accreditation certificate issued by the Chongqing Municipal Market Supervision Administration, the construction project quality testing institution qualification certificate issued by the Chongqing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the comprehensive Class A qualification for highway engineering and the special qualification for highway engineering bridge and tunnel engineering issued by the Ministry of Transport, and the Class B quality testing qualifications for water transport engineering materials and water transport engineering structures issued by the Chongqing Municipal Transportation Commission. At present, Huasheng Testing has 7 departments including the Comprehensive Department, Technical Quality Department, Engineering Materials Testing Business Division, Structure and Road Testing Business Division, Bridge and Tunnel Technology Research and Development Business Division, 2 branch sites (Northeast Chongqing Sub-center, Changshou Sub-center), and 3 branches (Tibet Branch, Liangshan Prefecture Branch, Liaoning Branch), with inspection, testing and office space of nearly 10,000 square meters. It has more than 3,800 pieces (sets) of various testing instruments, including 26-meter truss-type bridge inspection vehicles, intelligent concrete compressive testing systems, fully automatic sealed concrete impermeability testers, multi-functional road inspection vehicles, compression-shear testing machines, etc., and has obtained 25 independent intellectual property rights and 6 software copyrights. Its business covers many fields such as building materials, roads, bridges, tunnels, main structures, steel structures, foundation bases, slopes, building doors and windows, building curtain walls, building energy efficiency, building machinery, indoor environment, etc., and its business is spread across more than ten provinces and cities nationwide including Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hebei, Guangdong, Shandong, Shaanxi, Hainan, Hubei, Jilin, Liaoning, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Heilongjiang, etc. It currently has more than 280 formal employees, including 6 with senior professional titles, 42 with deputy senior professional titles, and 72 with intermediate professional titles; 2 with doctoral degrees, 21 with master's degrees, and 145 with bachelor's degrees; 2 Class 1 registered structural engineers, 1 Class 1 registered geotechnical engineer, 2 Class 2 registered structural engineers, and 2 Class 1 registered construction engineers.
