Kingsoft Software was founded in 1988 and is one of the earliest internet software companies in China. After more than 30 years, it currently mainly includes four business lines: Kingsoft Office, Seasun (Kingsoft World Tour), Kingsoft Cloud, and Cheetah Mobile.
The core business of Kingsoft Office is the design, development, and sales promotion of WPS Office software products and services; Seasun and Kingsoft World Tour are engaged in game development and operation; Kingsoft Cloud provides secure, reliable, stable, and high-quality cloud computing services; Cheetah Mobile covers mobile tool application services and PC security software, casual light games, artificial intelligence software/hardware and services, and other fields.

Lei Jun, Chairman of Kingsoft Software. In 1992, he joined Kingsoft Software as a programmer, and successively served as Manager of the Beijing Kingsoft Development Department and Vice Chairman of Kingsoft Software. In 2007, he completed the IPO, and Kingsoft Software was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In 2011, he became Chairman of Kingsoft Software and led the successful transformation of Kingsoft's various businesses to mobile internet;
Qiu Bojun, Founder and Non-Executive Director of Kingsoft Software. In 1988, he became the first programmer of Kingsoft, and in the same year, he single-handedly completed the development of 'WPS' with 100,000 lines of code. The birth of 'WPS' opened the era of Chinese word processing and pioneered the commercialization of Chinese software. He is therefore known as 'China's No.1 Programmer';
Zou Tao, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kingsoft Group. He joined Kingsoft in 1998 and was responsible for developing Kingsoft's PowerWord product; from 2004, he was responsible for the company's entertainment software business; from August 25, 2009, he served as Executive Director of the company. On October 31, 2011, he became Vice President of Kingsoft Software and President of Kingsoft Games, responsible for the overall management of the Seasun Group, including online game development, and also participated in major decision-making of the group's game business department. On December 1, 2016, he succeeded as CEO of Kingsoft Group;
